1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of digital platforms and services operated by QOR LTD (RC 9681209), a private limited company registered in Nigeria ("QOR LTD", "we", "us", or "our"), including Cashmama.
Cashmama is a digital platform developed and operated by QOR LTD. By accessing or using our platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. The Operator
QOR LTD is the operator of the Cashmama platform and any other digital platforms operated under the QOR LTD corporate identity. QOR LTD is registered in Nigeria (RC 9681209) with a registered office at 26, Building Material Market, F01, Kubwa, FCT, Nigeria.
QOR LTD is a technology company. It is not a bank, financial institution, payment service provider, investment company, or regulated financial entity.
3. Services
QOR LTD provides technology platform services through Cashmama. Certain services available through the platform are delivered through integrations with appropriate licensed and regulated third-party providers. The terms of those third-party services may also apply where relevant.
4. User Responsibilities
By using our platforms, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when registering or using our services.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
- Not attempt to circumvent platform security or misuse our services.
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, trademarks, and intellectual property on QOR LTD's platforms are owned by or licensed to QOR LTD. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QOR LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platforms or services. Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the amounts paid by you, if any, for the relevant service.
7. Privacy
Your use of our platforms is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Changes to These Terms
QOR LTD reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
